Would you mind answering a few questions for me? I was wondering what kind of adhesive you use to stick the foam together, what thickness of foam you usually use, and what you use to cut/carve the foam? I bought a bunch which I am using for a Gaius cosplay i plan to debut for a con in three weeks :) And info for these questions would be greatly appreciated!

We use contact cement. You can get a good sized can of it at mostly any hardware store. Just remeber to let the cement dry on both parts before you stick them together. It's permanent unless you get thinner to take them apart. I personally like 3/8" for the base and either 1/4" or 1/8" for the trim.  To cut it, buy razor blades. Lots of them. The foam dulls them pretty quickly. I get the rectangular kind, not the pointed ones for utility knives. To carve it you can use a small hand rasp to knock it down quickly and then use sandpaper to smooth it out. I think an 80 grit and 150 grit should he good. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately we aren't taking commissions for Annie's ring anymore.  We are currently taking a break from making them, but we might open orders again later.

No problem, sorry to bother you. It's a shame I didn't find out about this sooner. Thanks, anyway!
